How Much Do You Charge For Shipping?
We currently offer FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING (2 - 3 Days) for all US based orders. For International orders we charge $5 to ship to Canada and $10 to ship everywhere else internationally.
How Are Orders Shipped?
Orders are shipped primarily via USPS but depending on the order size may ship via UPS or FedEx or other carrier of choice. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost and will be displayed during the checkout process.
How Quickly Does My Order Ship?
Most orders will ship the same day if received before 2pm, Monday - Friday. If the order is received after 2pm or over the weekend, it will ship the next business day. Any items not available for immediate shipping are noted on the product page and will display any delay before shipping. For example, ships in 7-10 business days.
An email with tracking information is provided for your convenience after the order ships.
How Soon Will I Receive My Order?
Please allow for transit time when factoring when you will receive your order. This is the time from when the shipment is given to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc) until you receive it. The transit time will vary depending on where you live and the shipping option chosen at checkout. We ship from the Orlando, Florida area.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, and Paypal.
Do You Charge For Sales Tax?
Only for orders being shipped within Florida. The amount of sales tax charged is based on the ship to address and will vary between 6% and 7%.

What Is Your Return Policy?
Our return policy is good for up to 30 days after purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To begin the return process, please Contact Us (or reply with your receipt email message) within 30 days of purchase. Please include in your message the reason for your return. We will respond to you with the instructions on where to ship your return.
Please be sure to pack any returned items securely to ensure they make it back to us in the same condition as you received them.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. If everything looks good with the return your refund will be processed, within 3-5 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Note: If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we will unfortunately be unable to offer you a refund.
